From the start, food was a love language in my home. My parents weren’t chefs, but their passion for cooking and feeding others left a lasting mark on me — especially during Sunday dinners and spontaneous kitchen experiments.
I came to see cooking as more than a skill — it was a way to gather, comfort, and celebrate. Over time, I developed a style that blends soulful comfort with bold, modern twists.
Though I never had formal training, I gained real-world experience at a New Jersey country club and a Philadelphia restaurant, where I learned the hustle and heart behind great food.
